Samantha Salisbury serves as Associate Director at United Needs and Abilities, bringing more than 13 years of experience in the field of disability services. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Salisbury University in 2012 and has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting person-centered services.
Samantha began her professional journey as a Case Manager with a disability service provider and advanced through a series of leadership roles, including Case Manager Supervisor and Residential Program Director. Her diverse background also includes experience in Human Resources at a nonprofit organization and as a Patient Rights Advocate for the State of Maryland. These roles have strengthened her expertise in program management, staff development, advocacy, and ensuring high-quality supports for individuals receiving services.
