Heather Grudis joined UNA in March of 2023 as the Administrative Assistant. She is very excited to be part of a team of people that is so connected and helpful to the community.
She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Photography, and Business Management and Marketing and is pursuing a degree in Music.
Heather is 41 years old and has 3 children and one grandson. Her hobbies include singing, hiking, camping, and cooking.
She is a resident of Wicomico County and has lived on Delmarva for most of her life, with the exception of 8 years that she lived in Southern Indiana.
Isaac Park is a delegating registered nurse, who began working for United Needs & Abilities in May of 2021. While he might be new to our staff, Isaac has been working in medical field for 13 years as a CNA, LPN, & RN, in both Delaware & Maryland.
Before that, he served honorably in the Korean Army as a medic, then moving to America in 2005. His nursing experiences originate from the surgical units at PRMC to geriatric nursing, school nursing, agencies, etc.
In his downtime, Isaac lives in Eden, Maryland. He enjoys gardening in his backyard and taking care of his chickens with his lovely wife & four children. Speaking of his better half, his wife works as a hair stylist, as well as manicures & pedicures! It is a part of her ministries to serve community especially the seniors and disabled.
When it comes to his kids, Isaac has a great deal to be proud of. His oldest daughter is a state employee, as a social worker, after she graduated from the Master’s program at Salisbury University. His oldest son was accepted at the University of Maryland’s Medical School to be a doctor. The two littlest (boys) are wild and fun, keeping him & his wife on their toes!
