Prior to becoming the program director, Heather worked as a Direct Support Professional for over 10 years at our organization beginning in 2007.
She worked her way up to become UNA’s program director in 2024. Heather has experience working in human services, mental health, and with juvenile delinquents.
She is the mother of a loved one with disabilities and she understands the hardships and challenges a disabled person will face in life.
Heather’s goal at UNA is to strive for the best, ensuring that each individual served by UNA has the best quality of life and enjoys the services provided.
