Courtney Jones joined United Needs and Abilities in January 2026 as a Delegating Nurse. She brings over 10 years of experience in the developmental disabilities field, including work as a Direct Support Professional.

Courtney holds associate degrees in Arts and Nursing, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her nursing background also includes experience in medical-surgical care within an acute care hospital setting.

What she loves most about nursing is the opportunity to advocate for others and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day.

Outside of work, Courtney is a proud mother of two sons and is engaged to her fiancé. She enjoys fishing, crabbing, writing, listening to music, and spending quality time with her family.

Courtney is excited to be part of the UNA team and looks forward to supporting and enriching the lives of the individuals the organization serves.
