Bernie Flex

Bernie Flax, CRS, WHC, RSPS brings extensive leadership experience and a strong commitment to community service to her role as a member of the United Needs & Abilities Board. With more than 17 years of real estate brokerage experience in Maryland and Delaware, she has held numerous leadership positions within the Coastal Association of REALTORS®, including serving as President during the 2018–2019 term and as a Director on the Maryland REALTORS® Board of Directors. Bernie has also chaired multiple strategic and nominating committees and has served as Chair of the Coastal Realtors Charitable Foundation since its inception. Her longstanding involvement with the Women’s Council of REALTORS® at both the local and state levels reflects her dedication to advocacy, collaboration, and service. Bernie is proud to contribute her expertise and leadership in support of UNA’s mission and the individuals and families it serves.
