Akayla Barton was born & raised on the Delmarva Peninsula and joined UNA in October 2023 as a Job Coach. She has experience working with children with developmental disabilities and has earned her certification in Supported Employment.
Akayla is deeply committed to empowering individuals through personalized guidance and encouragement, helping them build confidence and achieve meaningful goals. Her work reflects a genuine passion for creating opportunities and fostering independence, and she strives every day to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of those she serves.
