For over 25 exciting years, Troy Ray has worked with organizations whose purpose is to enrich the lives of a variety of people in need – a few of which include The Salvation Army, The Christian Shelter, and Salisbury Christian School, among others.
He is a proud veteran of the United States Army, serving as a Military Intelligence Analyst during Desert Storm.
Being associated with United Needs and Abilities has been rewarding for Mr. Ray, for it has given him insight into the needs of people living with disabilities and has offered him an opportunity to support others once again. As the Professional Development Manager, Troy makes it his goal to train, encourage, and support our team of Direct Support Professionals with compassionate and empowering education.
Living by the credo that “all people matter, have value, and deserve empathy,” Troy attempts to make the world a brighter place by being an ambassador of kindness to all.
