John Atwood

John Atwood joined UNA in November of 2014 as an Accountant. Coming to UNA with over thirty years in the service industry, John took on the responsibilities for processing payroll, accounts receivables and accounts payables in the finance department. 

John spent over 20 years of his career working for Holiday Inn, Inc. until he became the operations controller for Ocean Downs Racetrack, where he remained for 11 years, before taking on his current position with UNA.

John is from Salamanca, NY. Currently he lives in Bishopville, MD with his wife, Liz, who works in Special Education for a local school system. They are the parents of two grown daughters, Katherine and Bernadette.
